Flying Branch (AFCAT & NCC Special Entry)
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level from a recognised university, OR
- B.E. / B.Tech degree from a recognised university
- NCC Special Entry additionally requires NCC Air Wing Senior Division ‘C’ Certificate

Ground Duty Technical – Aeronautical Engineering Electronics (AE-L)
- 10+2 with minimum 60% marks in Physics and Mathematics, AND
