About CUET UG 2026 📖

CUET UG (Common University Entrance Test – Undergraduate) is conducted by NTA on behalf of the Ministry of Education, Government of India. Introduced in 2022, CUET replaced individual university entrance tests and created a single-window admission system for undergraduate programmes across central universities. By 2026, it covers 250+ universities — including DU, BHU, JNU, AMU, HCU, Jamia, and hundreds of state and private universities. Candidates appear in domain subjects matching their Class 12 stream plus an optional General Test. Scores are valid for the admission cycle and universities set their own cut-offs and merit lists independently.
