Physical Test Preparation Tips for CRPF 2026
- Start running 90 days before the exam: Build from 2km to 5km gradually over 12 weeks. Start slow, increase pace week by week.
- Target time 2 minutes less than the limit: If your trade requires 5km in 24 minutes, train to do it in 22 minutes. This gives a buffer on exam day when nerves and unfamiliar ground affect performance.
